What dripdrren customers should know about processing and transit
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. After an order has been processed and handed to the carrier, estimated transit time is 4-6 business days. The combined estimated delivery window is therefore normally 5-8 business days, although carrier disruptions, weather, peak periods, address issues, or events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

How dripdrren handles returns after delivery
Free standard outbound shipping does not reduce the 30-day no-reason return right. For every approved no-reason return or exchange, dripdrren also pays the return shipping cost and provides a prepaid label or equivalent free arrangement.

For a delivery problem shown by tracking, or if an order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact Support@dripdrren.shop or 725-684-3707. We will work with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution under our Refund Policy.
